In the first half of the financial year 2025 (1HFY25) ended 30 September 2024, recurring revenue increased by 20% YoY to NZD 4.3 million. With interest rates stabilizing over the past year, around 71% of this growth was driven by an increase in processing fee revenue, which stood at NZD 3.0 million for the period, up 20% YoY.
During the reported period, EBITDA jumped to NZD 548k, compared to NZD 255k in the previous corresponding period. This growth was driven by the increase in the proportion of sales from 7% in the previous corresponding period to 13%. In 1HFY25, net profit after tax (NPAT) rose to NZD 70,000, marking an NZD 337,000 improvement compared to the same period last year. Outlook
With accelerated customer acquisition, increasing customer numbers, higher processing fees, and growing average revenue per user, PaySauce is steadily advancing toward its goal of achieving NZD 10 million in annualised recurring revenue (ARR).
