In the nine months ended 31 December 2024 (9M FY25), the company’s cash and cash equivalents fell by 77.16% year-on-year (YoY) to CAD 51,161. Net cash used in operating activities decreased to CAD 1.082 million from CAD 1.376 million in the previous corresponding period, and net loss reached CAD 1.006 million.
During the reported period, the company witnessed a decline in interest received and a rise in interest paid.
In 9MFY24, CRP closed a private placement of 1,599,152 units at CAD 0.07 per unit, generating gross proceeds of CAD 111,940.
Recent Business Update
On 19 June 2025, CRP informed that it has initiated a feasibility study focused on developing a railway to connect the Korella North Mine, fully owned by CRP and the planned phosphate export facility to the port of Karumba.
In a separate update, CRP announced a private placement of up to 3.5 million units at a price of CAD 0.050 per unit, aiming to raise up to CAD 175,000.
Outlook
The group anticipates continued losses as it develops its operations. To assess its liquidity and ability to meet financial obligations, management has prepared cash flow forecasts based on the following assumptions:
- Corporate costs will be managed within existing funds.
- Additional capital will be raised through share placements, pro-rata issues, or public offerings.
- Expenditure remains flexible and can be adjusted based on available funding, allowing operations to continue for at least 12 months from the date of financial statement approval, even without new capital.
- The Korella North project will commence successfully from late 2025.

CRP shares closed flat at NZD 0.0760 per share on 25 June 2025. Over the past year, the stock has declined 43.70%, with losses of 21.65% in the past three months and 30.28% over the past six months. However, the share price has gained 2.70% in the last month.
