In the financial year 2025 (FY2025) ended 31 March 2025, GEN’s consolidated revenue rose 32% YoY to NZD 22,632,150, while net profit after tax increased 7% YoY to NZD 2,805,800. This performance reflects sustained growth and resilience, even amid challenging economic conditions. The Group’s total assets expanded by 34% since March 2024, highlighting effective capital management.

In line with its dividend policy introduced at the July 2024 Annual Shareholder Meeting, the company declared a final dividend of 0.0043 cents per share, supplementing the half-year payout of 0.0055 cents, bringing the total FY25 dividend to 0.0098 cents per share.

During the reported period, GEN recorded an EBITDA margin of 32.6%, outperforming the industry median of 30.1%. Additionally, the operating margin stood at 32%, significantly above the industry median of 20.6%. However, the net margin declined to 12.4% in FY2025, down from 15.4% in FY2024. The current ratio fell to 1.13x in FY2025 from 1.18x in FY2024.
