Ventia Services Group Limited (ASX:VNT) has secured a five-year extension to continue managing and operating the Australian Marine Complex–Common User Facility (AMC-CUF) in Henderson, Western Australia. Valued at around $133 million, the contract will commence in July 2027 following the current term. The extension highlights confidence in Ventia’s operational performance and reinforces its role in supporting critical maritime infrastructure. The facility plays an increasingly important role in Australia’s shipbuilding, maritime sustainment, and Defence capability development.
