For the 2026 interim dividend, shares allotted under Contact’s DRP will have a strike price of NZD8.75, with issuance scheduled for 25 March 2026. The Board exercised discretion to calculate the DRP strike price as the lower of:

  • The volume-weighted average sale price over five trading days from 18 February 2026, less a 2% discount, and
