While noting “little stood out as a near-term revenue accelerator,” Citi pointed to the introduction of Agentic DevSecOps and said that “over 230k organizations have used Copilot Studio to build AI agents.” The firm maintained its Buy rating on Microsoft shares, citing continued strength in enterprise GenAI monetization. Wolfe Research struck a more emphatic tone, declaring 2025 the year “experimentation turns to implementation,” with Microsoft positioned as “not just in the ‘room where it happens,’ they ARE the room.” After surveying more than 50 enterprise customers at the conference, Wolfe reported that “~80% expect Azure usage to increase in the next 12 months” and “~60% are developing AI features.” Analysts said AI adoption has become “mandatory” and that “fears around ROI are shifting back to FOMO.” Wolfe highlighted strong interest in new Copilot Studio capabilities, AI Foundry Local, and expanded agent integration across Microsoft Cloud Platform offerings. The firm concluded, “We leave Build 2025 with greater conviction that 1) AI adoption is surging and 2) MSFT continues to dominate the Dojo with no signs of demand slowing.” Related articles Microsoft Build Conference: Analysts weigh in Wall Street analysts react to Google I/O 2025 Elliott wins two Board seats at Phillips 66, but full overhaul falls short View Comments
