Holding 9.6% of OMG shares, Mr Smith is one of the Company’s largest shareholders, and his appointment formalises a deep strategic alignment with the business. His hands-on leadership and strategic insights will guide OMG Group through its next phase of growth, including scaling existing brands, exploring mergers and acquisitions, and expanding into new product categories.
