Company Overview:  Shopify Inc. (Shopify) provides a cloud-based, multi-channel commerce platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The Company offers subscription solutions and merchant solutions.

As per the previous report published on SHOP dated 09^th September 2022, Kalkine provided a “Speculative Buy” stance on the stock at USD 31.05 based on ‘decent fundamentals, improved top-line results, less leveraged balance sheet, associated risks, updated financial outlook, and upside indicated based on Valuation done, the stock price has now moved by ~13.24% since then, the price is trailing above the Resistance 1 and near to its Resistance 2 level.

Considering the above resistance 1 level, near to target level attainment within a week, the current trading levels, associated risks with the stock, and volatile market conditions on the back of rising interest rates, a ‘Sell’ rating is assigned to the “SHOP” at the closing market price of USD 35.16 as of September 12, 2022.
