Company Overview:  Golden Ocean Group Limited is an international dry bulk shipping company. The Company owns and operates a fleet of dry bulk vessels, comprising of Newcastlemax, Capesize, Panamax and Ultramax vessels.

As per our previous US Daily Report published on “GOGL” on 19^th September 2022, Kalkine provided a ‘Buy’ stance on the stock at USD 8.50 based on ‘attractive dividend yield, upside indicated based on valuation, risk associated’ and the stock price has now moved by ~18.67% since then and the price has attained the Resistance 1 and hovering near Resistance 2.

Considering the target attainment, current trading levels, resistance near current price level, risks associated, large swing in the freight prices, volatile market conditions on the back of rising interest rates, a ‘Sell’ rating is assigned to the “GOGL” at the current market price of USD 10.52 as of 03 March 2023 at 07:45 AM PST.
