Mr. Li has over 20 years of international mining and financial management experience and holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, U.S. and an active CPA License in Illinois, U.S. Mr. Li is also Vice President of Asia Pacific with Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Mr. Li has an extensive accounting background, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Minco Silver Corporation, Minco Gold Corporation and Minco Base Metals Corporation as well as Chief Financial Officer of Selwyn Chihong Mining Ltd. and Asia Controller for Eclipse Inc. In these previous roles Mr. Li was responsible for all aspects of accounting, corporate development, project financing, financial reporting and internal control frameworks.
