TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 10, 2017) - Chesswood Group Limited ("Chesswood") (TSX:CHW) announced today the voting results for the election of its board of directors, which took place at its Annual Meeting held on May 10, 2017. A total of approximately 10,441,287 shares (approximately 57.99% of 18,004,904 outstanding voting shares) were represented in person or by proxy.

The nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 24, 2017 were elected as directors of Chesswood at the meeting. Detailed results of the votes are set out below:

Chesswood also announced that in connection with the election of directors at the Annual Meeting the number of directors decreased from 7 to 6.
