Minerals Exploration Limited (ASX:MEX, NZX:MEX) has finalised its transition from Uvre Limited, confirming that the name change has been formally recorded by ASIC following approval at the Annual General Meeting on 27 November 2025. The updated company name will take effect on both the Australian Securities Exchange and the New Zealand Stock Exchange from Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
The company also confirmed that its new trading code, MEX, will replace its previous ticker on both markets. Shareholders are not required to undertake any administrative steps related to the update, and all existing holdings remain unaffected.
Leadership Changes Announced
Alongside the corporate rebrand, Minerals Exploration Limited has announced adjustments to its board structure. Norman Seckold has transitioned to the role of Chairman, while Brett Mitchell has been appointed Executive Director. These changes mark an operational shift as the company positions itself for an expanded exploration strategy across its New Zealand gold assets.
