Green Cross Health Limited (NZX:GXH) has entered into a conditional agreement to sell its Medical division, The Doctors, to Tend Health for NZ$270 million. The Doctors operates a network of 65 clinics serving more than 400,000 enrolled patients across New Zealand. Subject to shareholder approval, the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2026. Following the sale, Green Cross Health plans to focus on strengthening and growing its pharmacy Business.

The transaction enables Green Cross Health to streamline its operations and concentrate on its pharmacy segment, which includes the Unichem and Life Pharmacy networks.
