Tivan Limited (ASX:TVN) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Aboriginal Investment NT (AI NT) to establish a framework for cooperation on the Molyhil Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory. The agreement aims to explore potential collaboration during the project’s development, operational, and planning phases, including investment participation and economic opportunities for Aboriginal communities. AI NT, which manages more than $600 million in funds, focuses on promoting long-term Aboriginal economic self-determination. The MoU is non-binding and will run for 12 months, supporting discussions around procurement, employment, and enterprise development while aligning with Tivan’s broader strategy involving joint venture partnerships and feasibility studies for the project’s advancement.
