Kelly Sperl is a Chartered Accountant with extensive leadership experience across major FMCG and manufacturing businesses, including Foster’s Group, STIHL Australia, Bakers Delight, Gale Pacific, and PaperlinX. Her background includes financial management, treasury, ERP implementation, and business transformation across multiple industries. The Board believes her operational and commercial expertise will strengthen MCA’s financial capabilities and support improved performance as the company focuses on scaling as a premium food business.
