Experienced Agribusiness Executive Joins the Board

Mark Allison has spent over 45 years in the agricultural industry, holding senior leadership roles across Australasia and international markets. Since joining Elders in 2009, he has served as Managing Director and CEO from 2014, overseeing the company's strategic transformation into a focused agribusiness. His appointment adds significant operational and governance experience to the PGW Board as the company continues pursuing its long-term strategic priorities.

Non-Independent Classification Reflects Current Elders Role

PGW has classified Allison as a non-independent director due to his ongoing position as Managing Director and CEO of Elders, which is a substantial product holder in the company. Allison is expected to retire from Elders on or around 30 September 2026 as part of a planned leadership transition. PGW noted that the Board may reassess his independence status following the completion of that transition.
